Kelsey Smith, APN

Kelsey Smith joined Northwestern Women’s Health Associates in June 2017. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Indiana University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing.

Kelsey is trained to provide obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal care, well women exams, contraceptive counseling, STD testing, lactation education, and treats acute gynecologic conditions including vaginal infections, UTIs, and breast concerns. She is passionate about patient education and strives to make her patients feel safe, heard, and involved in their health care.

Kelsey lives in Chicago with her husband, two children, and dog. In her free time, she loves to read and spend time with her family and friends.
