Selecting a doctor and practice that you can trust isn’t always an easy choice, so here are some things to think about:
What should I look for in an OBGYN?
Think about your provider’s experience, training, special interests, and certifications (such as board certification and specialized focuses of care). It’s important to look at convenience factors, such as in-office ultrasound and procedural capabilities, proximity to the hospital, transportation, and parking. You should always check your insurance coverage and ensure in-network status as well.

We encourage you to take a closer look at our providers’ biographies. We are proud to call some of the country’s leading practitioners our colleagues. When reviewing our specialists’ skills, you will see Board certifications, as well as demonstrated proficiency and exceptionalism in highly complex and sophisticated areas – such as laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures. Our providers have special interests ranging from PCOS and endometriosis, minimally invasive surgery, high-risk pregnancy, and LGBTQ-focused care. We have very well-trained and experienced Advanced Practice Providers to help you through your obstetric and gynecologic care, in addition to our physician team and Registered Nurses to help facilitate your care and answer any questions that may come up when you’re at home. We have well-trained and friendly office staff to ensure a good experience with your care from start to finish.
What are some of the other amenities that might make visits a little easier for me?
Getting around in Chicago isn’t always the easiest. There are multiple options for public transportation, as well as ample parking options, including validated parking in local secure garages. We are located on the Northwestern Memorial Hospital medical campus, and walking distance to Michigan Avenue.
