Ultrasound may be used to examine the ovaries and uterus, and blood work may be done to rule out anemia. Sometimes we do a special ultrasound called a sonohystogram when we inject saline into the uterus to see if there are any lesions inside. The testing that we perform is based on your history and your current condition.
